AQUA network is a group of six translators, interpreters, authors, editors and journalists, with a total of 140 years' experience! Meet the team:



Daniela Antongiovanni
A translator and interpreter, Daniela has worked with Italian, English and German for 20 years in the fields of economics, marketing, contracts and automotive; she has extensive experience of focus groups, top-level meetings, M&A negotiations and in-house training. She is a lecturer at the SSML Carlo Bo school for interpreters and translators in Milan.

Marina Beretta
 Marina has been writing and translating (from English and French into Italian) for some 20 years, specialising in the fields of art, travel and non-fiction publications. She is an expert in editing and page layout, taking care of publishing work from proposal to printing. She is also involved in training, both as a teacher and as an organiser of courses and events.


Francesca Cosi
Francesca is the author of numerous travel and non-fiction books on various topics. She has translated over 90 books from English, French and Spanish for major Italian publishers. She writes articles on the publishing world and gives translation seminars. She runs the writing and translation blog ParoleAperte.
   

Marilena Lucchini
Marilena works with Italian, English and German for publishers, institutions and firms, above all in the science and technology sectors. She collaborates with the University of Milan in the science communication field. She is a lecturer at the IULM University and at the SSML Carlo Bo school for interpreters and translators in Milan.


Silvia Punzo
Silvia has worked as a freelance translator for publishing and industry since 1984. In 2000 she moved to Capo Verde, where she runs the tourist information agency CV Info Service and in 2009 she founded the association for the protection of animals and the environment


Alessandra Repossi
Alessandra has worked in publishing for 25 years as a translator (over 100 publications from English, Spanish and French into Italian) and editor; she also gives courses for literary translators. As an author, she has published 20 non-fiction and travel books. She is a journalist and photographer, and runs the writing and translation blog ParoleAperte.
